As a new entity, JAN needed a website, pitch deck and a family of logos to embrace its affiliated publications and articulate its ambitions to investors. JAN aims to toe the line between optimism and urgency.
We developed a branding system centered around the idea of ‘interaction’, looking to emphasize the impact of words along with the importance of journalistic work. The logo ‘framed’ the conversation, while a darker more immersive site was contrasted with youthful character illustrations.
